Pro Coffee Gear is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to own our organic growth strategy on a globally remote team. You will drive visibility, traffic, and conversions across product and content pages, collaborating with content, UX, and engineering to implement robust on-page and technical SEO.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in ecommerce SEO, a track record in building links, and strong analytical skills using SEO tools.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on SEO in ecommerce or DTC
• Proven success with link acquisition strategies
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, on-page and off-page optimization
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, SEMrush)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Experience collaborating with content/dev/UX/marketing teams
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and gaps across product and content categories.
• Optimize on-page SEO including site structure, metadata, internal linking, and content enhancements.
• Own technical SEO with engineering to improve speed, crawlability, indexation, and structured data.
• Lead scalable link-building and outreach for high-quality backlinks.
• Collaborate with content team to embed SEO best practices across editorial and landing pages.
• Define a scalable content roadmap driven by search demand and business priorities.
• Monitor site performance with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush; audit and prioritize fixes.
