Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a Senior IT/Sysadmin professional to safeguard our digital workplace and Apple ecosystem. You will architect identity management (Okta) and device security (Jamf), while automating tasks and leading infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, remote environment for a major global client.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong English communication. Join a nearshore team delivering critical IT solutions for top U.S.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Eng roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of Okta and Jamf.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth) and device security.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language for automation.
• Experience leading SDLC-driven technical projects.
• Excellent English; ability to work asynchronously with heavy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identity & Access Management: Own and optimize OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations within Okta.
• Fleet Management: Manage a global fleet of Apple devices using Jamf.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts (Python, Bash, etc.) to automate IT tasks and deployments.
• Project Leadership: Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain ticket hygiene and technical documentation.
• Infrastructure Support: Assist with cloud migrations and Google Workspace troubleshooting.
