Proofpoint, Córdoba, Argentina, is seeking a Software Engineer III to join the Unified Detection team. You will build and deploy large-scale threat detection services, analyzing threats from cyber threat actors and integrating across email, cloud, and SaaS products.

You will grow within a fast-paced engineering culture, taking ownership of features, writing clean code, and collaborating with teammates to deliver high-quality work. A strong foundation in distributed systems and security is valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 4+ years of software development experience with Python or Golang.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud environments (AWS, Azure or similar) and containerized workloads (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana or similar) is preferred.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, secure coding practices and automated testing.

The Role

What we're looking for
