Mindrift is seeking a Senior Python Data Scraping Engineer for the Tendem project. This part-time remote role involves leading data scraping workflows and collaborating with Tendem Agents to ensure accurate results.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web scraping and automation, handling dynamic content and varying data formats. Compensation is up to $25 per hour, depending on expertise and contributions.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development.
• Proven ability to extract data from complex structures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites.
• Ensure reliable extraction from dynamic and interactive web sources.
• Enforce data quality standards through validation checks.

Conocimientos

Python web scraping (BeautifulSoup, Selenium or similar)

Dynamic content handling (JS, AJAX, infinite scroll)

Data cleaning and normalization

Automation and scripting

Experience with LLM frameworks

Cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent)

Containerization (Docker)

GitHub proficiency

English proficiency (B2 or above)

Educación

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields
