Bluelight is a leading software consultancy expanding across the Americas. We seek a backend-focused senior developer to design and deliver high-quality services, APIs, and data models in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

You will contribute across the stack, integrate with AI coding tools, and work closely with clients to ensure robust, scalable solutions. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Formación

• 5+ years professional software development experience (backend-focused).
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience building low-latency API services in AWS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB and RLS.
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures and secure data models.
• Proficiency in containerized services (AWS Fargate/ECS) and CI/CD.
• Experience with Fastify and schema-first validation (e.g., Zod).
• Knowledge of testing strategies including integration tests against real databases.
