Formación

• Minimum 4 years building and fine‑tuning large language models (LLMs).
• 2 years continuous employment with the same employer.
• Stem-related degree (Bachelors or Masters; PhD a plus).
• Recent grads are not a fit.

• Fine-tune and deploy large-scale LLMs to extract insights from insurance data.
• Leverage Langchain/Langsmith for agentic AI workflows.
• Use LoRA/PEFT for task-specific tuning and optimization.
