Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking an Investment Banking Expert to contribute to financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis for a remote client project. You will build and review Excel-based models, analyze targets, and help prepare pitchbooks and client materials.

The role requires senior-level M&A experience (Senior Associate or VP) with hands-on deal exposure, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This is a contractor engagement with remote work.

Qualifications

• Senior Associate or Vice President level experience in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
• Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.
