AgileEngine seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive end-to-end software for cinema ticketing, engagement, and in-theater experiences.

You’ll own projects from concept to production, collaborate with product, design, and operations, and push for scalable, reliable solutions while staying ahead of technology trends. Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill set, first priority.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that enhance cinema operations and elevate guest experiences.
• Collaborate across product, design, and operations teams to translate business goals into elegant, scalable solutions.
• Take ownership of projects from storyboard to premiere, seeing your work through from concept to production release.
• Continuously refine performance, scalability, and reliability to keep the show running flawlessly.
• Stay ahead of tech trends and pitch innovative ideas that make every visit to Regal a blockbuster experience.
• Analyze and resolve production issues, with particular focus on in-progress hiring events.
• Partner closely with client-facing teams to triage and address support tickets.
• Ensure issues are resolved promptly to meet established SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond swiftly to alerts or performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations that may impact hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to changes in dependencies and underlying systems.
• Support and onboard additional team members as further roles are filled, with Lead/Senior-level hires prioritized first to enable this.
