Job summary

Darwoft is hiring a Senior Frontend / UX Engineer to join a fast‑growing U.S. fintech company building a cross‑border Digital Wallet. You will translate UX/UI requirements into polished, production‑ready interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend patterns.

You will work remotely within LATAM, collaborating with product and design teams, utilize AI‑assisted coding tools, and own features end‑to‑end from UI to supporting backend services when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience building fintech applications, digital wallets, or payment platforms.
• Solid knowledge of UX principles, usability, and user-centered development.
• Proven track record of production-ready user interfaces.
• Experience turning Figma designs into working applications.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Ability to deliver features across frontend and backend boundaries.
• Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and BFF architectures.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, and state management.
• Experience working in Agile product development.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent execution.
• Comfort working hands-on with production code.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality frontend UIs for the Digital Wallet.
• Translate requirements into functional, intuitive applications.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to improve journeys and usability.
• Own features end to end from requirements to delivery.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to speed frontend and full‑stack work.
• Build and maintain BFF services to support app needs.
• Implement API integrations and backend support when needed.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and maintainability across the app.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development practices.
• Identify opportunities to simplify development workflows with AI assistance.
