Thermo Fisher Scientific in Argentina is seeking a Data Migration Lead to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale data migration projects within a global consulting context.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach and controls, manage risks, ensure data quality, and report progress to senior stakeholders. English fluency required; UTC 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM working hours.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
