Job summary

Talent Connect Limited in Argentina is seeking a Data Migration Lead to coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of a critical data migration for a global automotive manufacturer. You will lead cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

You will report progress to senior stakeholders and ensure data readiness (extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading).

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extract, transform, cleanse, validate, load.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations (preferred).

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
