Job summary

Darwoft seeks a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors to bridge customers and engineering for an Identity Security platform. You will design and implement scalable ingestion pipelines after assessing data sources, security requirements, and APIs.

You'll develop backend services in Python and Go, build connectors and REST-based integrations, and deploy containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes across AWS, Azure, and GCP in a 100% remote LATAM setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related experience.
• Strong software development experience with Python and Go.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience building data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Experience integrating complex enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Strong CI/CD practices and Git workflows.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, SIEMs, and endpoints.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, and integration constraints.
• Deploy and operate containerized services in cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment issues across APIs, networks, and data pipelines.
• Champion reliable, scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data.
