Chevron Global Business Services (GBS) in Buenos Aires, Argentina seeks a Data Engineer to design and maintain automated data transformation pipelines across diverse storage and compute technologies. You will enable data scientists and analytics teams by delivering scalable data products and aligned with enterprise architecture.

Successful candidates will bring 5+ years in data engineering, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with Azure data services, Databricks, and CI/CD.

Competenze

• BS in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a Data Engineer role.
• Experience with Azure data tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understand business data needs and stakeholder requirements to support processes.
• Leverage data and analytics to create business value and accessible datasets.
• Ingest, cleanse, and prepare data from multiple sources for analytics.
• Normalize and ingest data following defined architecture patterns.
