Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a part-time Senior Copywriter (B2B Tech) to craft credible, conversion-focused web copy for technical buyers. You will work from fully prepared briefs, case studies, and style rules, collaborating with editorial and SEO teams to produce production-ready content.

This is a hands-on role writing for CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and technical directors, with the flexibility of remote work and potential to evolve into a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years writing for a software development, software outsourcing, or consulting company.
• Proven experience writing for technical decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or similar) in a voice they trust: concrete, plain, and free of marketing fluff.
• Enterprise-fluent – experience working for US-based companies, in-house or agency.
• Comfort working from detailed briefs, style guides, and fact constraints without losing the writing's life.
• Conversion copy and technical content background (landing pages, service pages, technical long-form content).

Responsibilities

• Write hero sections, service descriptions, case studies, and FAQs for high-visibility commercial pages, working from structured, research-backed briefs.
• Edit pre-drafted sections for voice, rhythm, and flow, within a defined style framework.
• Keep copy inside the fact fence: work only with the verified claims provided, and flag gaps or suspect facts instead of writing around them.
• Deliver production-ready copy, with brief notes on what worked and what fought you, helping improve our internal processes.
