Fluor is seeking an Electrical engineer with a strong HV background to support large stand-alone projects and multiple disciplines on smaller projects. You will assist site teams, interpret complex design documents, and ensure quality compliance.

Expect interaction with design engineers, construction managers, and contractors, with emphasis on timely information flow and problem solving. The role emphasizes extensive site construction experience, mining HV projects, and participation in Fluor

Competenze

Electrical engineer degree and ten years of work-related experience in substation and line construction.
Proven high voltage experience in at least two mining projects.
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of local, state/province, and federal/national guidelines.
Attention to detail and ability to work time-consciously and efficiently.
Participation in Fluor University program.

Mansioni

Assist craftsmen, foremen, and project supervision with construction-related issues identified on drawings.
Provide technical interpretation of design documents for project managers, superintendents, and contractors.
Establish and maintain effective communication between the company and the design engineer for timely design documents.
Coordinate the preparation and implementation of the project quality program when quality is the responsibility of the construction engineering department.
Report the status of functions performed by the construction engineering department to project management.
Other duties as assigned.
