LearnTastic is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead to guide agile teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. You will partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure transparent planning and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong hands-on Scrum/Kanban practice, coaching skills, and experience with remote teams. Prior certification is a plus; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong Scrum/Kanban experience and agile practices.
• Experience coaching cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Proven ability to remove impediments and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as servant leader and Agile coach for multiple teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Kanban workflows.
• Coach Product Owners and stakeholders on agile ways of working.
• Remove impediments and manage delivery risks.
• Monitor metrics like velocity, cycle time, and throughput.
