Job summary

LearnTastic is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to guide agile teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. The role emphasizes strong Scrum and Kanban delivery, collaboration with Product Owners and engineering teams, and transparent reporting.

You will coach teams to self-organization, manage blockers, and foster predictable, high-quality delivery while working remotely with distributed teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on Scrum knowledge and agile principles.
• Proven experience coaching cross-functional, self-organizing teams.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, workshops and meetings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for Scrum and Kanban teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement.
• Support Kanban teams with workflow management and continuous improvement.
• Coach Product Owners, stakeholders, and teams on Agile ways of working.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and delivery risks.
• Maintain transparency with stakeholders and update delivery progress.
