Bionic Talent is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, customize, and maintain Salesforce-based software for a US-based personal injury law firm. You will implement complex case-management workflows, Apex classes, LWC components, and automation, while collaborating with a remote US-based team to optimize legal operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong English communication, and a proven track record in legal or personal injury environments.

Formación

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience building custom Salesforce applications and automations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, and integrations.
• Experience translating business processes into Salesforce workflows and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on operational needs.
• Build custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and automation.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and SOQL as required.
• Configure Salesforce to support complex legal and case-management workflows.
• Customize interfaces and dashboards for different teams and users.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce functionality.
• Translate legal processes into efficient Salesforce workflows and automated systems.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.
