Bridgenext is seeking a Salesforce & Agentforce Functional Architect to own end-to-end solution vision across multiple teams and client stakeholders. You will guide cross-functional groups through discovery, enablement, and handoff while aligning business goals with architecture and delivery strategies.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong communication, and experience leading enterprise engagements across time zones.

Formación

• 7+ years designing complex Salesforce solutions on the platform, including implementation or product development.
• 4+ years professional services consulting leading strategic engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to create technical docs and client artifacts.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools and coordinating across multiple time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end solution vision across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with executive and technical client stakeholders.
• Align business goals, architecture and delivery strategy to drive outcomes.
• Advise on platform capabilities and when to use declarative vs. custom solutions.
• Lead architecture decisions considering budget, scope and resources.
• Collaborate with architects, UX designers, and developers for cohesive solutions.
• Define technical critical path and guide teams through Agile execution.
• Provide design and architecture leveraging SaaS platforms and web tech.
• Guide clients through onboarding and training to enable adoption.
• Communicate progress and manage expectations with sales, engineering, and customer teams.
• Identify opportunities for future phase work and client innovation.
