Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Risk Analyst / Risk Manager to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate financial, operational, compliance and strategic risks across the organization for a U.S. client.

You will build risk frameworks, run quantitative models, maintain risk registers, and deliver actionable insights to leadership, collaborating with finance, IT, legal, and governance teams. This remote, full-time role offers flexibility to fit reporting cycles and incident response.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in risk management, compliance, audit or financial analysis.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow, LogicManager.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments across financial, operational, compliance, cyber, and strategic risks.
• Identify emerging risks, vulnerabilities, and control gaps.
• Maintain risk registers and track remediation efforts.
• Build and maintain quantitative risk models using SQL, Excel, Python, R, SAS, or similar tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports highlighting key risks, trends, and recommendations.
• Present findings to leadership and governance teams.
