Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. This remote contractor role involves evaluating real-world SaaS operations, resolving data inconsistencies, and documenting complex workflows to improve how AI systems understand business processes.

You will audit, reconcile, and optimize CRM data across platforms, ensuring governance and scalable design.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing or CPQ.
• SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
