Job summary

Join Tether Operations Limited as a Mobile Engineer (React Native). You will develop Keet Mobile for iOS and Android, using a React Native/Expo stack with a P2P core on-device.

The role focuses on delivering secure, high-performance mobile features and deep integration with native capabilities. You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with design, product, and P2P teams, and contribute to CI pipelines and test coverage.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with React Native, Redux for state management and Redux-Saga (RN ecosystem)
• Experience with WebSockets and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of native languages (Swift/Kotlin) and familiarity with native build tools (Xcode/Android Studio) is advantageous
• Experience working with remote teams and modern mobile/web apps

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Keet Mobile for iOS and Android using React Native and Expo
• Own features end to end from UI/UX to P2P core integration
• Integrate native platform capabilities (push, camera, biometrics, background tasks)
• Profile and optimize performance on real devices (startup time, long chats, media, battery, network)
• Write unit and end-to-end tests and support CI and crash reporting
• Collaborate with P2P, design and product teams; participate in code reviews
