Ags Youth Soccer Club; Neuquén; Remoto; ARS 92.724.000 - 154.540.000; Tempo pieno

Descrizione del lavoro

Tether is hiring a Mobile Engineer to own Keet Mobile, a React Native app for iOS and Android, built with Expo. You will take features from UI/UX to P2P integration, with end-to-end responsibility on offline-first architecture and real-device testing.

You’ll work 100% remotely, in LATAM-friendly hours, collaborating with a global team including a backend counterpart. You’ll ensure performance, tests, CI, and stable releases across stores.

Competenze

• 4+ years building mobile applications, including React Native applications released on both the App Store and Google Play.
• Offline-first work you built yourself: local storage, queued writes, retries and conflict handling.
• Performance tuning on low-end Android, with startup time or memory measured before and after a change.
• Daily use of Cursor, Claude Code or a similar AI coding tool on production mobile work, with TypeScript, automated tests and CI around it.
• Clear written and spoken English for PR descriptions, risk notes and tradeoff explanations to a client team.
• Experience working from written acceptance criteria, and the judgment to push back on a merge that misses them.

Mansioni

• Build and polish features across chat, voice and video calls, media sharing, device pairing and identity backup
• Integrate native platform capabilities such as push notifications, camera, bio-metrics and background tasks on both iOS and Android
• Profile and optimise performance on real devices, including startup time, long chats, media handling, battery and network use
• Write unit and end-to-end tests, and help keep releases stable through CI and crash reporting
• Work closely with the core P2P, design and product teams, and review code with a high bar for quality
