• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns using PM platforms.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers and copywriters; assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and reallocating tasks as needed.
• Track & Report Progress with regular status updates and risk alerts to stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.

• Manage Workload & Resources
  Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks when necessary, and ensure the right resources are in place to meet project objectives.

• Track & Report Progress
  Identify at-risk tasks using project tracking reports, elevate issues promptly, and keep stakeholders updated on project status.

• Optimize Processes
  Spot inefficiencies in the workflow, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to enhance creative operations.

• Facilitate Communication
  Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams, providing clear, regular status updates and ensuring deadlines are met.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• 2+ Years of Creative/Marketing Project Management Experience
  Ideally within an agency environment handling design, copywriting, or marketing projects.

• Proficiency in PM Tools
  Hands-on experience with Asana (or similar tools like Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello).

• Exceptional Organizational & Time-Management Skills
