Job summary

Talan Spain is seeking a Data Analyst / Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and reports using Power BI. You will work with business stakeholders, translate requirements into reporting solutions, and support end users during validation and UAT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Experience building enterprise dashboards and reports.
• Strong data analysis and validation skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Intermediate PL/SQL knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Experience interacting with business stakeholders and supporting final report validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create and optimize data models, measures, and visualizations.
• Validate data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot and investigate data-related issues.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure reporting requirements are met.
• Support end users during UAT and final data validation activities.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Document reporting solutions, business rules, and technical developments.
