IQVIA seeks an Associate Consultant to design and deliver patient-centered research projects. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support patient experience, PROs, COAs, and HEOR studies, developing client-ready deliverables in a fully remote role based in Mexico.

The position emphasizes qualitative and quantitative research with healthcare stakeholders, and requires strong English skills, a life sciences/healthcare background, and experience in HEOR or related fields.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Economics or Business.
Advanced English proficiency.
3–5 years in HEOR or related healthcare research.
Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research.
Experience with pharmaceutical, CRO, consulting or healthcare orgs.
Strong understanding of PROs and evidence-generation methods.

Responsabilités

Support design and build of patient-centered research and HEOR studies.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with patients, caregivers, clinicians.
Manage internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.
Create reports, presentations, and client workshops with teams.
Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market.
Assist development and writing of proposals with senior support.
Attend and present at client meetings.
