The Associate Consultant supports patient-centered research and outcomes studies for pharma and healthcare clients, working across qualitative and quantitative methods in a multidisciplinary team.

The role focuses on PROs, COAs, RWE and health economics, with opportunities to engage in client meetings, proposals and learning opportunities. This is a fully remote position in Mexico.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Economics or Business is required.
• Masters or Ph.D. with healthcare commercial experience is welcomed.
• Advanced English is required.
• 3-5 years of HEOR, PROs, COAs, RWE or related healthcare research experience.
• Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research studies.
• Experience with pharmaceutical, CRO, consulting or healthcare organizations.
• Strong understanding of PROs and evidence-generation methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Design and build new technology solutions for patient-centered research, HEOR studies, including product specification and market strategies.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research involving patients, caregivers, clinicians and other stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to support product development.
• Create client-ready reports, presentations and workshops with client teams and leadership.
• Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets through engagements and formal learning.
• Assist development and writing of proposals with senior support.
• Attend, support and present at client meetings.
