Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for its Argentina entity from a home-based position. You will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow, audits, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure compliant reporting.

Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, posting entries, tax withholdings, and supporting monthly/year-end closings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and assist with related payments.
• Assist auditors with information and the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• Potentially support other foreign entities within the team.
