KittySpout is seeking a Creative Strategist (Paid Ads) to own the full creative strategy loop for 3–5 eCommerce brands, across Meta, TikTok and other paid social channels. This fully remote, full-time role targets talent in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of paid social creative experience (eCommerce ideal).
• Proven ability to drive measurable results (CTR/CVR/ROAS).
• Portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads for TikTok/Meta.

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors, and designers with precise hooks and CTAs.
• Review ad performance to identify winning angles and next steps.
• Partner with Account Managers to connect insights to campaign KPIs and client reporting.
• Maintain a high creative bar with consistent weekly output and fast production.
