Formación

• Demonstrable experience of administering Linux based systems.
• Excellent knowledge of both RDBMS's and MongoDB, including configuration and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot methodically and resolve complex issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional technical support for MongoDB.
• Resolve complex problems for demanding deployments.
• Assist fellow support engineers and create support content.
