Prometeo Talent is assisting a U.S.-based company in marketing effectiveness measurement to recruit a Data Analyst (Machine Learning) for a 100% remote LATAM role. We welcome graduates with strong quantitative backgrounds as well as mid-level analysts seeking to deepen SQL and Python skills.

The ideal candidate will write and optimize SQL queries, develop ML or statistical models, process messy text data, and present clear, English-language summaries for stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 0–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or similar roles.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken).
• Foundational to intermediate SQL skills, including complex JOIN logic, standard aggregations, and CASE WHEN logic.
• Python scripting for data cleaning and processing with pandas.
• Experience with modeling libraries such as scikit-learn or statsmodels.
• Experience cleaning and parsing text data.
• Understanding of relational databases and data normalization.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with coursework in database management or quantitative analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and cloud data warehouses.
• Develop, run, and validate machine learning or statistical models to uncover consumer behaviors and forecast trends.
• Process and aggregate raw data to compute core metrics like market share and purchasing trends.
• Build and maintain clean data tables and views for dashboards and reports.
• Review outputs, perform data audits, and verify logic for accuracy.
• Segment data using conditional logic to isolate tracking cohorts.
• Parse and categorize unstructured or semi-structured text data.
• Translate technical results into clear summaries for English-speaking stakeholders.
