Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a Data Analyst (Machine Learning) to support a U.S.-based marketing analytics client. You will work with large consumer datasets, turning raw data into actionable insights using SQL and Python.

The role welcomes a range of experience levels and emphasizes clear stakeholder communication in English. You will collaborate with international teams, build data models, and contribute to dashboards and reports that influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 0 to 4 years of experience in Data Analysis or similar roles; entry-level candidates with coursework or internships are welcome.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken).
• Foundational to intermediate SQL skills with complex JOINs, aggregations, and CASE WHEN.
• Python scripting for data cleaning and processing, with pandas for transformations.
• Familiarity with modeling libraries such as scikit-learn or statsmodels.

Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and cloud data warehouses.
• Develop, run, and validate machine learning, predictive, or statistical matching models to uncover consumer behaviors and forecast trends.
• Slice, unpivot, and aggregate raw data to calculate core metrics like household penetration and market share.
• Build and maintain clean data tables and views for recurring tracking reports and dashboards.
• Review outputs, perform data audits, and ensure data integrity before insights are finalized.
• Translate technical results into clear summaries for stakeholders in English.
