Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a Data Analyst (Machine Learning) to join a U.S.-based client. The role is 100% remote across LATAM, requiring strong SQL, Python, and the ability to translate results for stakeholders in English.

Open to recent graduates through mid-level analysts with quantitative backgrounds, you will work with large-scale consumer data to derive actionable metrics and insights.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in Data Analysis or similar roles; entry-level welcome.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken).
• Foundational to intermediate SQL skills with JOIN logic and CASE WHEN.
• Python scripting for data cleaning and processing, with pandas.
• Experience with messy text fields and data normalization.

Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries from relational databases and data warehouses.
• Develop and validate ML, predictive, or statistical models to understand consumer behavior.
• Slice and aggregate data to calculate metrics like market share and purchasing trends.
• Build and maintain clean data tables and views for dashboards and reports.
• Review outputs for accuracy and data integrity before insights release.
• Translate results into clear summaries for English-speaking stakeholders.
