Prometeo Talent is seeking a Data Analyst (Machine Learning) to join an international marketing analytics team. You will leverage SQL and Python to extract, process, and model large consumer datasets, turning results into clear, actionable insights for English-speaking stakeholders.

The role welcomes a range of experience from recent graduates with strong quantitative backgrounds to mid-level analysts eager to deepen ML data manipulation skills, with 100% remote LATAM collaboration.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in Data Analysis or similar roles; entry to mid-level welcome.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken).
• Foundational to intermediate SQL skills with JOINs, aggregations, and CASE WHEN.
• Python scripting for data cleaning and processing, with pandas proficiency.
• Familiarity with scikit-learn or statsmodels for predictive/modeling tasks.
• Experience handling messy text fields and pattern matching in datasets.
• Solid understanding of relational database design and data normalization.

Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and cloud warehouses.
• Develop and validate machine learning, predictive, or statistical models to uncover consumer insights.
• Slice and aggregate data to calculate metrics like market share and purchasing trends.
• Build and maintain clean data tables and dashboards for recurring reports.
• Review outputs, perform data audits, and ensure data integrity before insights.
• Segment data with conditional logic to isolate tracking cohorts.
• Clean, parse, and categorize unstructured or semi-structured text data.
• Translate results into clear summaries for English-speaking stakeholders.
