Job summary

Prometeo Talent is assisting a U.S.-based company with a remote Data Analyst (Machine Learning) role across LATAM. The ideal candidate will handle large-scale consumer datasets, translate results into clear English summaries, and collaborate with international teams.

We welcome entry to mid-level candidates with strong SQL/Python skills, curiosity for data, and the ability to produce actionable metrics for stakeholders. Excellent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with coursework in database management or data analysis.
• Strong SQL including complex joins and aggregations; Python for data processing.
• Experience or coursework in ML, predictive modeling, or statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and run SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and data warehouses.
• Develop and validate ML, predictive, or statistical models to understand consumer behavior and forecast trends.
• Process and summarize data into clear metrics like market share, penetration, and purchasing trends.
• Build and maintain clean data tables and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Audit data outputs and ensure accuracy before sharing insights.
