Tether is seeking a Program Manager with a strong mining background to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives in Central America. The role covers planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interrelated mining projects: exploration, development, operations readiness, stakeholder engagement, and institutional relations, aligned with corporate objectives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance and ESG commitments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a mining-related field; PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2 preferred.
• 6+ years in mining; 3–5 years leading complex programs.
• Experience with government authorities and communities in Latin America a plus.
• Proficient with MS Project, Primavera, and reporting platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end program management for mining initiatives in Central America, integrating exploration, studies, permitting, and readiness workstreams.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and resource plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (geology, engineering, environmental, legal, finance, community relations) and external consultants.
• Manage relationships with government authorities, regulators, and local institutions to advance permits and policy engagement.
• Drive community and stakeholder engagement programs aligned with social license and ESG commitments.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and escalate issues to steering committee; ensure governance and KPIs.
