Job summary

INTELEX is seeking a skilled Medical Interpreter fluent in English for a 100% remote position. The interpreter will provide accurate and timely interpretation between patients and healthcare providers, including simultaneous and consecutive interpreting and proper use of medical terminology.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 months of professional interpretation experience, specialization in Medical or Legal sectors, flexibility for OPI/VRI or scheduled appointments, and strong listening,

Qualifications

• Specialization in Medical or Legal sectors.
• Availability for OPI/VRI or scheduled appointments.
• High level of listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
• Technical requirements: HIPAA compliant setup, wired headset, sufficient bandwidth.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely medical interpretation between patients and healthcare providers.
