Paired is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a remote role (LATAM). You will lead analytics, reporting, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners, turning complex data into actionable decisions to improve campaigns.

You will build dashboards, analyze CRM and marketing data, and support strategic decisions. The role requires strong SQL/CRM exposure, English fluency, and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
