RYZ Labs is seeking a data engineer to design and scale robust data pipelines in a remote LatAm-ready setup. You will build and maintain workflows with dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow to support analytics, reporting, and downstream applications for client teams.

Collaborating with data, analytics, and software engineers, you will shape data models, optimize orchestration, and ensure trusted, high-quality data delivery through modular dbt models and best-practice data governance.

Formación

• dbt models at scale with testing and documentation.
• Snowflake SQL, performance tuning, cost optimization, semi-structured data handling.
• Airflow DAGs management, retry logic, failure handling, orchestration tooling familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines that load data into Snowflake using Airflow and AWS services.
• Build modular, well-documented dbt models with strong test coverage for reporting, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation.
• Partner with analytics and business stakeholders to define source-to-target transformations and implement them in dbt.
• Maintain and improve our orchestration layer (Airflow/Astronomer) for reliability, visibility, and dependency management.
• Collaborate on data model design best practices, including dimensional modeling, naming conventions, and versioning strategies.
