IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive delivery of clinical projects remotely across Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and other LATAM sites. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost while adhering to IQVIA SOPs and GCP.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, strong English communication, and proven team leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on site clinical monitoring experience with ICH GCP knowledge.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication including advanced English.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Strong motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Leader of the Centralized Monitoring team, partner with the project and clinical lead to oversee deliverables.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead, including IP management and risk mitigation.
• May act as Clinical Lead on absence or project close-out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/central monitors/assistants).
• Monitor study metrics and trend analysis; drive action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and advanced analytics development.
• Support monitoring strategy development and triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams and ensure continuous process improvements.
• Develop study management plans and RBM tools; maintain audit readiness.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
