Qualifications

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes and US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and strong communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support complete lifecycle of architecture projects for US market, including construction docs and permits.
• Coordinate with US architects and consultants, manage client communications and presentations.
• Develop a strong project portfolio with construction sets and technical documents.
• Ensure adherence to US construction documentation standards and codes.
