Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking two Junior Brand Designers to join a growing creative team working across multiple client brands. This fully remote role focuses on social media content and extends to decks, collateral, and one-off assets, operating within established brand systems while applying independent, thoughtful design decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong English proficiency, a solid portfolio in branding and social media design, and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop,

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, or editorial design.
• Excellent typography, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to extend brand systems while maintaining identity.
• Strong professional English, both written and spoken.
• Experience editing lightweight short-form video (CapCut or Premiere).
• Comfortable working independently within brand templates and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design social media content across multiple brands for feeds and stories.
• Work from briefs and established visual systems; adapt layouts as needed.
• Create designs using Adobe Creative Suite; extend templates for new layouts.
• Support decks, collateral, and one-off brand assets.
• Review photography/video selections to match brand identity; source imagery.
• Edit short-form video and add basic text treatments and transitions.
• Collaborate with the team and iterate quickly based on feedback.
