Job summary

AgileEngine is looking for a Java/React.js Full Stack Developer (Middle) to build and enhance the Records Management System and related products. You will collaborate with Product Management, design secure cloud integrations, and improve deployment processes.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, strong React and Java experience, TypeScript, and familiarity with microservices, modern bundlers, and build tools. Flexible flextime with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical end-to-end product ownership with the ability to meet deadlines.
• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React).
• 3+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer (Java).
• High proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
• Experience with or knowledge of microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products.
• Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements and plan sprints.
• Design and maintain a clean client integration system and secure cloud software development.
• Contribute to technical documentation and optimize build/deploy processes.
