Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a mid-level Java/React.js Full Stack Developer to join our Records Management System (RMS) team in Argentina. You will own and advance critical modules, collaborating with Product Management to plan sprints and deliver features on schedule.

The role requires 3+ years of React frontend and Java backend experience, strong TypeScript skills, and familiarity with microservices. We offer flexible work arrangements and USD-based compensation for a dynamic, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end product ownership with the ability to meet deadlines.
• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React).
• 3+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer (Java).
• High proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
• Experience with or knowledge of microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to understand requirements, estimate efforts, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
• Design and maintain a clean, reusable client integration system, following best practices for secure cloud software development.
