Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps or Software Engineering.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or portals.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm and CI/CD design.
• Go or Python programming for automation.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain a centralized developer portal to improve service discovery and docs.
• Create automated templates and scaffolding to onboard microservices faster.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for standardized deployments.
• Orchestrate containerized workloads and manage platform components in Kubernetes.
• Partner with dev teams to reduce friction and improve developer experience.
• Develop plugins and integrations to extend the internal platform.
