Alignerr is seeking an Image Description Specialist to craft rich, accurate descriptions that help AI systems learn to interpret the visual world, from everyday photos to diagrams and illustrations.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract open to anyone with strong observational skills and a clear writing style. You will work asynchronously on your own schedule, committing 10–40 hours per week.

Formación

• Strong observational skills — you notice the details others miss.
• Clear, descriptive writing ability in English.
• Comfortable working through structured, task-based assignments.
• Reliable and consistent when maintaining quality at scale.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
• No photography, art, or AI experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Write detailed, accurate descriptions of a wide variety of images — photos, illustrations, diagrams, charts, and more
• Identify and articulate key visual elements such as objects, scenes, actions, spatial relationships, and context
• Follow structured guidelines to ensure consistency in description format, depth, and style
• Maintain high accuracy and quality standards across large batches of images
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
