Alignerr in Mendoza is seeking Software Engineers for AI training to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role that values clear reasoning and clean code, with flexible scheduling and independence.

You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to help AI coding assistants become smarter, safer, and more reliable while working across Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript.

Formación

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design principles.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across a range of languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide detailed, structured feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.
