Job summary

Evox is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst to join a performance marketing focus, working remotely across LATAM. You will own research, data, and drafts that enable client engagements and, for larger projects, synthesize findings into a solid foundation for final recommendations.

The role requires 3–5 years in marketing, research, or agency settings, strong written English, and experience with third‑party data, audience segmentation, and market sizing.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, comfortable producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Comfortable synthesizing findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership
