Job summary

GrowthPair is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role serving LATAM markets. You will lead reporting strategy, transform complex marketing and CRM data into actionable insights, and partner with paid media, services, and leadership to drive performance for universities and nonprofits.

You will build dashboards, identify trends, and improve reporting systems while ensuring data accuracy and scalable analytics processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or marketing data roles.
• Ability to build dashboards and deliver clear insights.
• Experience reporting on marketing KPIs and lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Strong analytical, organized and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
