You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and better campaign outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, identify trends, and improve reporting systems. This remote role is paid in USD with compensation based on experience and scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
